A thermostat is what holds the temperature of the household, notifying the heating system when to switch on and when to switch off. There are many kinds of thermostats. There are same that are simple and others that as far more complex. Even so they all boil down to one basic thing, a temperature responsive switch. Contingent on the intricacy of the unit and the thermostat they can function on anywhere from twelve to hundred and twenty volts. There are many types of thermostats. There are mercury, mechanical, programmable, and digital.
